When Kirstin from Lola Event Productions brought Laura and Sam to our studio, it was like we were designing their home- fabric samples, silks, velvets, and vintage wallpaper all covered the table by the time we were done discussing their wedding inspiration. Laura wanted rich pattern and color throughout their letterpress and foil invitation suite, which we gave her with a custom crest, hand drawn patterns, copper wax seal, hand dyed silk ribbon, silk envelope liners, beveled copper edges, hand drawn map, and velvet card for a look like none other. Papers from Germany and India were paired with recycled cotton stock and hand calligraphy from Stacey Shapiro to finish off this sweet invitation suite.
